I am a professional freelance translator translating from English to Turkish and from Turkish into English. I graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Translation Studies, Translation and Interpreting Department in English, Turkey in 2005. Since 2007, I live in the USA and I will be a graduate student of Master in Business Administration graduate program with Information Technologies Concentration of Goldey Beacom College.
I have been working as a freelance translator since 2001. I am employed as a Project Manager for the leading Turkish Translation agency in the USA. I was employed before as an in-house translator for a major translation agency in Istanbul, an assistant manager for Istanbul based direct marketing company and I also worked in tourism business during my university years. I have several experiences in telecommunications, logistics, and Internet related services.
